When you install ReportIn, we may collect limited store-related information from your Shopify account, including:
Store Information
- Store name
- Store domain
- Store email address
Order & Coupon Data
To enable influencer campaign tracking, we may access:
- Order ID
- Discount codes used in purchases
- Order value (for attribution purposes)
- Order timestamp
We do not access or store customer payment details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data strictly to operate the App's core functionality, including:
- Creating bulk discount coupons for influencers
- Tracking sales generated through influencer-specific coupon codes
- Attributing campaign performance to creators
- Providing campaign performance insights
- Improving App reliability and performance
3. Data Storage
We store only the operational data required for:
- Campaign setup
- Coupon assignment
- Sales attribution
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide App services.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or customer data.
Information may be shared only:
- With Shopify APIs to operate core functionality
- With secure infrastructure providers used to host the App
All data sharing is limited to what is necessary for App operation.
5. Customer Data
ReportIn does not collect or store:
- Customer payment details
- Customer passwords
- Personal browsing activity
The App uses only order-level data necessary to link sales to influencer discount codes.
6. Merchant Rights
Merchants may request:
- Access to stored data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of stored data

8. App Uninstall
When you uninstall ReportIn:
- Shopify access tokens are revoked
- Stored data is deleted within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal purposes

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
